2. Tournament Entry Fees
Full Refund Eligible
- Tournament cancelled by the organizer or platform
- Tournament cancelled due to technical issues on our end
- System errors causing duplicate charges
- Force majeure events preventing tournament completion
- Withdrawal before tournament start (if allowed by organizer)
Partial Refund May Apply
- Withdrawal after registration deadline but before tournament start (50-75% refund)
- Emergency situations with valid documentation (case-by-case basis)
- Technical issues preventing participation (partial refund based on usage)
No Refund
- Disqualification for rule violations or cheating
- No-show without prior notice
- Voluntary withdrawal after tournament has started
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
3. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased through our platform are generally non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Accidental duplicate purchases (within 24 hours)
- Technical errors preventing credit usage
- Unauthorized transactions (with bank verification)
- Service unavailability for more than 48 hours
Note: Bonus credits, promotional credits, or tournament winnings are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Free Plan
- No refunds applicable
- Downgrade to free plan at any time
Basic Plan (₹99/month)
- 7-day cooling-off period for new subscribers (first-time only)
- Cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused days
- Prorated refund available within cooling-off period
Pro Plan (₹299/month)
- 7-day cooling-off period for new subscribers
- Cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle
- No partial refunds for unused days
- Prorated refund available within cooling-off period
Annual Subscriptions
- 14-day cooling-off period for new subscribers
- Pro-rata refund may be available within first 30 days
- After 30 days, cancellation takes effect at end of subscription period
- No refunds for partial year usage
5. Prize Winnings and Withdrawals
Tournament prize winnings are not subject to refund. However, disputes regarding prize distribution should be raised within 7 days of tournament completion.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
- Processing time: 3-7 business days
- TDS applicable on withdrawals above ₹10,000
- Users under 18 require parental consent for withdrawals
